The tale of Snow White has never felt so fresh with this funny adaptation that will make even the most jaded among us laugh out loud! I With its tongue-in-cheek humor, catchy songs and an unbelievably flexible cast that can absorb a “cast of thousands,” this show is a must-have for anyone wanting to give scores of children the joys of being in a musical.
This show is with our 6th-12th grade performers.
The Tollivers and the Calhouns are always fussin’ ’an’ a-feudin’, which makes things difficult for Emmy Lou, a Tolliver, and Lee Roy, a Calhoun. The story of the 200-year old battle even appears in a scandal sheet ’Strange But True.’ A couple of near-bankrupt New York publishing houses send agents to sign up the conflicting families. It ain’t easy having to go to the town of Lonesome Polecat.
