Ticket Policy

How to Purchase Tickets
Online:
Tickets are available for purchase online. Simply visit our Main Stage, Special Events, or "Let's Go See a Show" tabs on our website. During the checkout process, you can apply gift certificates, vouchers, or other discounts by entering your registration code.
Phone:
To purchase tickets via phone, please call the Box Office during regular business hours at 612-326-6158. If your call is sent to voicemail due to high call volume, kindly leave a message. We will return your call in the order it was received, typically within 1-3 business days.

Refund and Exchange Policy
No Refunds:
All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refund, unless you purchase the optional refundable booking fee for an additional charge.
Ticket Exchanges:
Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day of the show for that day’s performance. For other exchanges, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible.
Optional Refundable Booking:
For an additional charge at the time of booking, you may opt for a refundable ticket that provides a 100% refund if you cannot attend due to reasons such as illness, injury, private vehicle failure, jury duty, home emergency, or other qualifying circumstances.

Inclement Weather Policy
If inclement weather requires the cancellation of a performance, we will provide an outgoing message on the Box Office phone line detailing the cancellation. This message will be recorded no later than three hours before the performance's scheduled curtain time. We will also make every effort to inform affected guests via phone and social media.

If a performance is canceled, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, based on availability. If the performance is near the end of its run or sold out, exchanges may be offered for a different production. Alternatively, tickets can be refunded as credit for future purchases at the Box Office.

Processing Fees
A non-refundable processing fee will be applied to all ticket purchases. This fee covers the costs of ticket order processing, ticketing vendor fees, internet services, ticket stock, and other related expenses. This fee is always non-refundable, even in the case of a cancellation or postponement of a performance.

Refunds
All ticket sales are final, and we cannot provide refunds. However, unused tickets may be returned to the Box Office before the performance, and will be processed as a donation. Donors will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt for the value of the tickets.

Sold-Out Performances
If a performance is sold out, it will be marked as such on the performance calendar. If a show is sold out, you are welcome to join our waitlist. To be added to our waitlist

Group Sales
We welcome groups of all kinds—whether it’s coworkers, family gatherings, church groups, or social clubs. Any group of 10 or more guests qualifies for group rates. Please reach out to the Box Office for more information and to book your group tickets at a discounted rate.
